Question: What areas do we service?

Answer: Nature's Lawn Care services Killeen, FT Hood, Harker Heights, and Copperas Cove.

 

Question: How do I know when and if my Lawn Care is being completed while deployed out of town or my home is on the market?

Answer: Appointment Reminders are sent the day of service, before and after photos are taken every service and uploaded to the customer's account. These photos are viewable through the digital invoice you receive.​

Question: Can I schedule an Estimate without being home?

​

Answer: Yes a Lawn Care professional will come to your home or business and asses your lawn care needs of what was requested.  You will then receive an email with the estimate for service. Simply approve the Estimate and pay your invoice and you will receive your scheduled service date through email.

Question: What type of Payment Options do we offer?

Answer: Credit and debit card payments are accepted through digital invoice or by visiting our website www.natures-lawncare.com and selecting pay my bill.

Question: How do I Cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Question: Does Nature's Lawn Care Charge Extra for overgrown Grass?

Answer: Yes Nature's Lawn Care Charges an additional fee for overgrown grass over 6 inches.

Question: Do you offer monthly plans?

Answer: Yes we offer a Nature's Basic Lawn Service on a weekly or bi-weekly service schedule
